About Virashi · Operational Infrastructure
Businesses don't grow on websites. They grow on systems.
Virashi is a digital infrastructure company. We design the workflows, customer journeys, dashboards, and mobile experiences that turn an inquiry into a long-term customer — for the industries that quietly run the Indian economy.
Why we exist
Most businesses are running on glue.
Walk into a school, a clinic, a coaching center, a salon. Talk to the owner. You will find the same thing every time — inquiries arriving on three different numbers, follow-ups happening on memory, payments tracked in a notebook, and a website that hasn't been opened in months.
These are not failing businesses. They are operationally talented people running real operations on glue — WhatsApp screenshots, voice notes, paper diaries, a cousin who “knows computers.” It works. But it leaks. And every leak is a customer that almost converted.
Virashi exists because that gap is fixable. Not with a prettier homepage. With a system that takes the inquiry the moment it shows up, routes it to the person who can answer, follows up without anyone having to remember, and reports what's working in language the owner actually uses.
Why a website is not enough
A page tells people you exist. A system runs the business they came to.
Both have their place. The difference is what happens after a visitor lands.
A page
A system
- 01
Tells people you exist.
01Captures the inquiry the moment they ask.
- 02
Lives at a URL.
02Routes the lead to whoever can actually close it.
- 03
Has a contact form.
03Follows up on WhatsApp, schedules the call-back, remembers what was promised.
- 04
Looks fine on a phone.
04Runs your day from one.
- 05
Updates when you remember.
05Reports what's working — and what's leaking — without being asked.
The operational chain
The infrastructure underneath every Virashi system.
Every system we build is a version of the same chain — adapted to the industry, the team, the way the business actually runs. The chain itself is what turns a website into a working surface.

How we think
Three commitments that shape every system we build.
Principle 01
Workflow first, interface second.
Before we draw a homepage, we map how a customer actually moves through the business — where they hear about it, where they ask their first question, who follows up, what gets lost. The interface is the visible 10%. The other 90% is the system underneath, and that is where most businesses leak.
Principle 02
Industries are not interchangeable.
A clinic is not a coaching center is not a salon. The objections are different. The trust signals are different. The follow-up cadence is different. We design per-industry — the layout, the language, the workflow, the conversion psychology. Same scaffold under the hood, completely different system on top.
Principle 03
Mobile is the operational layer.
For most Indian businesses, the phone isn't a smaller version of the desktop site — it's the operational surface. Owners run their day from WhatsApp, take payments on UPI, and answer inquiries on the move. We design mobile as infrastructure, not as a responsive afterthought.
Where we work from
A small team, close to the work.
Virashi is based out of Rohtak, Haryana — and we work across Delhi NCR and the rest of India. The Indian SMB landscape is not something we read about in a report. It's the businesses around us. The market we build for is the market we live in.
That proximity matters. The objections an owner has at a coaching center in Rohtak are different from the ones at a clinic in Gurugram. The way a salon in Delhi communicates with regulars is different from a yoga studio in Pune. We do not pretend to know everything. We are close enough to ask, and close enough to keep listening.

The long view
Every system we build is also a prototype for what comes next.
We are early. We do not have ten thousand customers or a stadium launch. We do have a deliberate path — built around learning real operations before claiming to productize them.
- Phase 01We are here
Industry Solutions
Where we are now.
Operational systems built for one business, one industry at a time. Every project is also a learning surface — we are mapping the workflows that actually run schools, clinics, coaching centers, salons, NGOs.
- Phase 02
Reusable Modules
Quiet, internal.
The patterns that hold across industries — lead handling, WhatsApp routing, dashboards, follow-up cadences — consolidate into modules we can wire into the next system in days instead of weeks.
- Phase 03
Productized Systems
Emerges as it earns it.
When a vertical's modules are proven, they collapse into a productized operating system for that industry. Not a marketing claim — a real surface a real business pays for, every month.
- Phase 04
Vertical Ecosystem
The long horizon.
A connected family of industry operating systems sharing identity, billing, communication, and analytics. We do not call ourselves a SaaS company today. We are building toward earning the right to.
We don't call ourselves a SaaS company yet. We'd rather earn that label by shipping a real product to a real industry than claim it before it's true.
Where this conversation starts
Let's talk about your operations.
Tell us how your business actually runs — where leads come from, what happens after the first message, where the day breaks down. We'll show you what a system around it could look like.
