Services

Virashi provides website design and development services. We create custom websites based on our template library, tailored to your business needs and branding.

Payment Terms

Website design is a one-time payment. We require an upfront advance to begin work (typically 50%), with the balance due before the website goes live. Specific terms are agreed in writing per project on WhatsApp or email before any work starts.

Delivery

We aim to deliver websites within 7–10 days of receiving all required content (logo, text, images, contact details). The 7–10 day timeline assumes content is submitted complete and on time; delays or changes in content submission will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Revisions

All plans include up to 2 rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional rounds, major scope changes, or revisions requested after final approval are quoted separately. We share a preview link for your approval before making the website live.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel before work has commenced, we refund the advance minus a flat ₹1,500 + GST processing and consultation fee. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Once work has commenced (kickoff call completed, design started, or template customization begun), the advance is non-refundable. This protects the time and design work already invested in your project.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the content of your website. The underlying template code remains the property of Virashi. You receive a perpetual license to use the website as delivered.

Domain & Hosting

Domain registration and hosting are not included in our packages. You are expected to purchase and own your domain and hosting in your own name. We guide you through the process at no extra charge. If you request us to purchase on your behalf, you reimburse the actual cost at vendor rates (no markup) and ownership remains with you.

Deployment & Setup

We deploy your website to your hosting account and configure DNS, SSL, and email forwarding as part of delivery. Ongoing hosting fees, domain renewals, SSL renewals, and any third-party service charges are your responsibility.

Post-Delivery Support

Every package includes 1 month of free content support after delivery. This covers minor content edits (text, photos, contact info) submitted on WhatsApp — reasonable usage, typically up to 5 change requests per month. It does not cover new pages, new features, redesign work, or emergency restoration from client-side changes or third-party outages.
