Services
Virashi designs and delivers custom digital systems for businesses. Depending on the agreed scope, a project may include a Business Website Launch System, inquiry forms, WhatsApp CTAs, domain connection, SSL setup, hosting deployment, basic lead capture, CRM workflows, dashboards, automation, or custom software. The written proposal for your project defines the included surfaces, integrations, support, and delivery stages.
Quotes & Payment Terms
Every project is quoted after discovery. The quote sets out the project scope, milestones, taxes, payment schedule, and any ongoing managed-service fees. Unless the written proposal says otherwise, work begins after the agreed advance is received. All applicable taxes, including GST, are shown on the invoice.
Delivery
Delivery timing depends on scope, workflow depth, integrations, and how quickly required content and approvals are provided. The written proposal includes the expected stages and timeline. Delays in content, approvals, or scope decisions may extend that timeline.
Revisions & Scope Changes
The written proposal states the included review rounds. New pages, new workflows, additional integrations, major design changes, or requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work begins.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in the written proposal for each project. Once discovery, design, development, or integration work has started, the completed work and committed effort are not refundable unless the proposal explicitly says otherwise.
Ownership
You own the content and brand assets you provide, including text, images, logos, and business data. Ownership or licensing of custom code, reusable infrastructure, third-party services, and managed hosting is defined in the written proposal. We do not claim ownership of your business content.
Domain, SSL & Hosting
For Business Website Launch System projects, we can connect your domain, configure SSL, and deploy hosting as part of the launch setup. Your domain should remain registered in your business name. Any ongoing hosting, maintenance, or managed-service terms are stated in the written proposal.
Third-Party Services
Some systems may connect to third-party providers such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, analytics tools, email services, hosting platforms, or domain registrars. Their fees, policies, availability, and account approvals remain subject to their own terms.
Support
Post-launch support depends on the agreed project scope. The written proposal states whether support includes content updates, monitoring, maintenance, workflow changes, or ongoing optimization. Requests outside that scope are quoted separately.
